Originally found during an ancient
excavation, some archeologists believe they have been used for centuries by Shamans and other mystics. The
stones are typically used to align the subtle energies of the body and to remove blockages. The energy
of the stones is very grounding and comforting to hold and emit a subtle and gentle energy.
Also known as Moqui Marbles, Anasazi Stones or Thunderballs.
Most come from two places; either in a very remote area from the Navajo Sandstone formation in the state of Utah or from one
remote area in Sedona, Arizona. Because of the sacred nature of these stones, the exact locations have been kept from
the general public. These mostly smooth, round balls of compacted sandstone are encased in a shell of hematite, an ore
of iron.
Usually, one uses two shaman stones, one of masculine energy and one of feminine energy
but it depends upon what is needed. One stone can be very beneficial too. The stones are typically used to

Selenite is especially beneficial for activating the crown chakra
and for stimulating and opening the third eye chakra. Held over the heart; it can help you deal with emotions of the heart.
It can help with clarity of mind and emotions and it is excellent for use in meditation, since it tends to quiet the mind. if
a piece of Selentite is placed in contact with another crystal, it can cleanse away negative energies within that crystal.
Since selenite is a soft crystal it should be handled with care and it should never be washed or placed in water because
